Euphoria: All you need to know

Today is a beautiful day, because you have a pass to Euphoria 2017! It’s almost time to slip on your wristband and head to Carson Creek Ranch for the best weekend of the year. You’ll get on a bus, board a plane or hop in a car and set out for the festival, but what happens next?

ARRIVAL INFO

Coming from the airport?
Thanks for making the journey! Carson Creek Ranch is located only 3.5 miles from the Austin Bergstrom Airport. Take a taxi, reserve a rideshare or catch a ride with friends!

Rideshare Arrivals
Uber and Lyft do not operate in Austin, so download the rideshare app “Fasten,” or “Ride Austin” for a convenient ride. Rideshare drop-off is located at 8500 Hergotz Ln, Austin, TX 78742.

Bus or Shuttle Arrivals
If you’re arriving via bus or shuttle, drop-off will be at the main festival entrance at 8500 Hergotz Ln, Austin, TX 78742. We will have shuttles running back and forth between the main entrance and the VIP Camping entrance. View the different shuttle options: http://www.euphoriafest.com/travel

Parking
Weekend parking passes for Camping pass holders are available for $60 on-site or online for $50 before the festival. Day parking is available for all other ticket holders for $20 a day on-site. (Bring cash!)

Lost & Found TIMES

Did you lose something? Festival attendees can check our Lost & Found Inventory or file a claim for the lost item so we can contact you when it is turned in.

Lost & Found/Info Booths will also be located inside the festival grounds and The Farm GA Campground.

Do you still need to pick up your wristband?

These are the types of wristbands that will need to be picked up on-site: RV, All Upgrades/Add-ons, EnlighTENTment, Tentsile, Special Group Discounts, Art Outside, All orders after shipping cut off 3/15/17, and International Addresses.

If you are GA, GA Camping or VIP without camping: head to the Box Office at the main festival entrance, located at 8500 Hergotz Ln, Austin, TX 78742.
If you are VIP Camping (including RVs, EnlighTENTment, Tentsile + upgrades for these): head to the Box Office at the VIP Camping entrance located at 1000 Thornberry Rd, Del Valle, TX 78617.

Did you purchase an Early Entry pass?

Good move! You can arrive early starting at 12pm CST (noon) on Wednesday, April 5th, 2017.

If you are GA Camping: head to the main festival entrance, located at 8500 Hergotz Ln, Austin, TX 78742.
If you are VIP Camping (including RVs, EnlighTENTment, Tentsile): head to the VIP Camping entrance located at 1000 Thornberry Rd, Del Valle, TX 78617.

Are you Camping?

Campgrounds open at 12pm CST (noon) on Thursday, April 6, so you can get set up before the music starts!
If you are GA Camping: head to the main festival entrance, located at 8500 Hergotz Ln, Austin, TX 78742.
If you are VIP Camping/RVs: head to the VIP Camping entrance located at 1000 Thornberry Rd, Del Valle, TX 78617.
If you are GA Camping, and arrive by car, you’ll be directed to the parking lot. There you can buy a weekend parking pass for $60. (Bring cash!) Or purchase online for $50 before the festival.
If you are VIP Camping, parking is included with your VIP Camping pass!
Be prepared for security to check your car and bags upon arrival. Look over the list of prohibited items here: http://www.euphoriafest.com/faq
You’ll be directed a camping spot based on when you arrive. No spot-saving allowed! Carpool with your squad or meet up in the parking lot beforehand if you want to camp together.
Leave the essentials to us — pack lightly and purchase anything you might need for the whole weekend at our General Store, stocked with snacks, toiletries and more.
GA Camping showers are available for $5 for a one-time shower or $20 for a Weekend Shower pass.
VIP Camping showers (and premium restrooms) are included with your VIP camping pass!

Not camping?

Grab a Bus to Show shuttle from town, or split a rideshare option with friends! Drop off is at the main festival entrance, located at 8500 Hergotz Ln.
The Bus to Show and Chariot Shuttles are free pickup for locals! There will be 3 shuttles on a continuous route from Friday, April 7 through Sunday, April 9 with 2 pickup and drop-off locations at 7th and Red River as well as Guadalupe St. and 25th St.
Driving yourself? Try to carpool so you can save on gas and split the parking price with friends! Come through the main festival entrance and you’ll be directed to a parking lot. Here you’ll purchase a parking day pass for $20. (Bring cash!)
Security will check your backpacks at the gate. Look over the list of prohibited items here: http://www.euphoriafest.com/faq. This way you won’t have to take anything back to your car!
Remember, you cannot enter the campgrounds without a Camping pass!
