Festival 411


It’s almost time for Euphoria Music Festival, but are you fully prepared? We think looking over this quick Festival 411 is a good idea to get the scoop about the big day. Any questions you have will probably be answered in this informative post from dates, times, schedules, camping/RV information, services, and more.

When:

Euphoria Music & Camping Festival’s operating hours are April 25th & 26th 2014 from 12:00PM (NOON) - 2:00AM both days.

Campground gates will open bright and early at 8:00AM April 25th, 26th & 27th. (Camping will be open until 12:00PM NOON on April 27th 2014, Sunday)

Where:

Euphoria will be held at Carson Creek Ranch (9507 Sherman Road, Austin, TX), HOWEVER, the Festival entrance is approximately located at 633 Dalton Ln, Austin TX 78742.

Normal parking will be $7.00.

Tickets:

Tickets will still be available for purchase on the day of the festival, but it’s always a good idea to acquire beforehand.

Festival and Camping Grounds are limited to 18+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. VIP is 21+ only.

Attendees with Camping Passes will be allowed to move freely within the festival grounds/campgrounds. Guests with day passes must stay in the festival grounds. If you choose to leave the property in your car, you will be subject to search and parking fees if you return

VIP Passes include: Priority entry, preferred viewing areas to most stages, private bars 7 bathrooms, complementary beverages, snacks & festival merchandise.

  • 2 DAY GA Passes will be $120 at the door
  • 2 DAY VIP Passes will be $200 at the door
  • Camping Passes (RUNNING LOW) will be $75 at the door

Camping/RVs:

Full Camping/RV guidelines can be found here & here. Camping sites are first come first serve, so show up early!

  • One Camping Pass is required per person camping
  • Push at least 2 per 10×15 Plot
  • FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE - NO “SAVING” SPOTS
  • No “lounge” area around tents
  • Patrolled parking is included with Camping Passes/Camping Rentals (But there is no “Car Camping”)
  • For everyone’s safety, everyone will be searched upon entry
  • Camping services include friendly staff & security, clean restrooms/showers, ATM’s, and late night music
  • There will be emergency medical personnel onsite around the clock
  • Outside alcohol is PROHIBITED on the property! Alcohol can be purchased at the Campground Store
  • NO fire pits/open fires will be allowed due to a Texas drought “burn ban”
  • RVs will be allowed to park in the designated areas accompanied by an RV Pass
  • Camping Rental Guests will be e-mailed pre-festival with check-in details
  • Euphoria Late Night at the Campground Lounge & The Music Bus available until 4:00AM for our campers only.

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Alcoholic beverages of any percentage
  • Illegal substances
  • Pets
  • Unauthorized vending
  • Fire pits, charcoal grills, & Propane Stoves (or any open flames)
  • Glass bottles
  • Litter
  • Generators
  • Fireworks (or any types of explosives)
  • Laser Pointers
  • Heating Appliances of any kind

  • DISABILITY FACILITIES: There will be a designated parking/camping area for people with special accessibility needs. You must have an official ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) parking placard or plate for your vehicle if you use this area. There will also be accessible restroom facilities. There are no stairs/other barriers to enter the concert grounds, so everything is accessible.
